Your Yoga Journal

During your study period with us it is a required and assessed element of the award that you to write a yoga practice journal.


This reflects your thoughts and feelings on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of your yoga practice.


60 hours of yogasana, meditation, pranayama and other practices to be included.



Size A5 minimum per entry is acceptable only (handwriting must be legible), word printed versions are also allowed.


All journals are sampled and marked off by a qualified assessor. This is an assessed element of the course.


Please start your yoga practice journal as soon as you begin your studies.
